The Guinness Storehouse at St. James's Gate, without a doubt is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Dublin and is situated just in city center. The brewery established in 1759 by Arthur Guinness became one of the most known and successful beer brands worldwide. The self-guided tour of the seven storey Guinness Storehouse brings closer the history of the famous brewing company and gives a plenty interesting information which cover all aspects of production of this unique beer, starting at the selection of appropriate ingredients, through the brewing process, the cooperage, distribution and finishing at the promotion and advertisement. Each floor refers to different stage of production process which is well presented on information boards and audiovisual interactive displays. All processes directly associated with the brewing of Guinness are explained by Master Brewer. The Guinness Academy located on fourth floor gives the opportunity to learn how to pour perfect Guinness pint. The Brewers Dining Hall, Gilroy's Restaurant and Arthur's Bar situated on the fifth floor offer Irish cuisine and glass of fresh beer. The Gravity Bar, located on the top floor, not only offers the pint of Guinness (included in ticket price) but also the best viewing point in Dublin, where through its glass walls you can admire the views of the entire city.
